Some pretty cool items ๐
Don’t go with Lead-Acid nor Lithium Ion.
Supercapacitor bank.
The handlebar mitts are wonderful! Several kinds available.. they work!
๐ the bit at the end
Three finger snowmobile gloves are good for cold weather riding on any bike. Same for electric vests. I’ll pass on the sweaty ass.
Have u reviewed the triumph rocket R3?
Very entertaining my friend๐
I had a TrailTech Vapor gauge and it worked for 2 years and then had erratic speed pickup with the magnet. Tried resetting the unit, and contacted TrailTech to no avail. Just my experience
I am REALLY loving these kind of videos and the mods you present here are gold! Thank you
I’ve been checking out Ryan for about a year now and I dig the guy. Excellent production… Cool stuff. I’ve been riding off and on road for fifty-two years I learn new things from each of the episodes. Thanks so much.
works on any bike? how bout my 6volt Honda?
Even though my dash is slightly dated, the only thing I wish it had was something to tell me what gear Iโm in.
" as utilitarian as Stalin’s eyebrowns "
I am rolling on my french kitchen’s floor while spitting my daily garlic glove!
5:50 Id like to see a review on how this performs on say a newer R1 with the Luimoto (motomillion) custom seat cover placed on top.
4:28 600$ ? Thats like stealing straight from your wallet when purchasing
What a gamer
I love those mirrors for the klr650 I also like my headlight shut off switch with a flash to pass feature and led rings around the turn signals that stay on red color but still allow them to appear orange when activated as a turn signal and extra led lights on my klr650.
just found your channel. very knowledgeable and charismatic. thumbs… UP
The dual sprockets aren’t worth it. A steel weighs about 920g, a dual 760ish alu weighs 320ish
Very good
8:07 eeeww gottem lol
Water filter. Just hook it up to your catheter and youโre ready to ride all day.
electric jacket and glove liners.
Hand covers and a Scooter blanket really make the difference when commuting in 2ยฐC cold with 100km/h. I could go from freezing at 10ยฐC to being reasonably warm at 2ยฐC for 30min going 120km/h. Same when it’s raining.
As far as the sprocket goes, that might be making the power issue worse. Rotational inertia is less reliant on total mass and more reliant on how much of that mass is near the outside edge. With those dual-material sprockets you are putting more of the mass near the edge than on a regular steel sprocket, potentially causing an increase in the moment of inertia for the aluminum/steel sprocket compared to a normal all-steel sprocket
I donโt care how efficacious that filter is, I ainโt drinking from a stream.
"Not so, my fellow cheap bastards"
Oh, hey!
The Canadian need to warm the lithium battery – also applies to Tulsa, OK in the winter or – just when its cold – like below 40 F.
Quality videos man. I love to watch them even ones that I don’t personally need to know about just for the shear quality.
"Looks as utilitarian as Stalin’s eyebrows"
Noted. Looks sexy as fuck.
Say what you want about the monster, but that man had sexy eyebrows.
I haven’t laughed so hard in a long time when I saw those hand covers ๐คฃ
But now it’s a cold day outside I might order some..๐
Not so! My fellow cheap bastards! Lol
i got really excited over the TrailTech dashboard but turns out they dont have any that works with my bike:(
THANK YOU Ryan for discovering RAM mounts to me. They are totally a life changer. I was so tired of cheapo smartphone mounts with a zip tie and weak mounting systems. I got a X ram mount and it is badass and way more convenient.
Fun fact: 2 months ago someone tried to steal the mount on the community parking. I have the anti theft knob and they tried first by hand (the metal of the "X" was warped) and then even tried with pliers (scratch marks) on the base and they were unable to take it. Sturdy as hell. I just straightened the bent flaps and good to go again.
universal=doesn’t fit anything.
ur end of vid is always worth waiting for lol. this one reminds me of when my teenage son got schizophrenic. he hid many things in the lining of his denim jacket: a small doll’s head, an orange, a whole carton of cigarettes [minus the carton], chopsticks, a box of condoms [which he swore his friends put there as a joke], the empty tiny ziplock drug bag [which one of his friends must have forgotten when they borrowed his jacket], etc. not rational u say? yes u just defined schizophrenic thinking. it was however, a fun and unique experience, just like ryan’s ending.
I know you do reviews and products have you heard of break free that you installed on your helmet and if you did what was your review on it itโs like I like to channel a lot so I go there for like the first opinion
I had the scorpio in the early 2000’s, and it looks exactly the same now as it did back then.
I found it more of a nuisance than a help.
Just added the Scorpio and all the accessories including the GPS. I fucking love it. It’s so great.
Can you read the Trail-Tech display whilst wearing polarised sun glasses? I find a lot of displays go black when viewed through polarised glasses.
You got my attention when you said โmy fellow cheap b4st4rdsโ ๐๐
Noice
Just need to note this in my comments in case I forgot some name of an item.
Yeah outside of cable length those riser blocks are sexy as PC 800’s are kind of squat
7:55 I don’t know why that was so funny but I’m dying, especially the way you said shut up
10 commercials in one video is what you just watched…
I shall never be able to look at Stalin’s eyebrows again without comparison.
As someone who used to daily drive his bike all year long …. those hand covers are beautiful!!
"… a universal kit that will turn your rusty piece of shit, into a luxury touring spa.." ๐๐๐คฃ
lithium will eat away if not stored at storage 3.7 volts per cell
This man is a fucking genius.
