gtx 1650 ti…fast? Not in 2021, sorry. This is an apple fanboy list of random non-apple laptops. Next.

I’m switching from a MacbookPro to sth else. Apple is great looking and it does wonders but it gets to a point where you just start having problems and ypu can’t add any more storage to it. As a web designer who edits many videos and also does a lot of graphic design work, apple is simply not the right choice.

  7. Siska Dyason on January 26, 2022 at 2:13 pm

I’m thinking of getting the MacBook pro but the 13th inch one because the 16th inch is really expensive.

As a person who can finally afford to get rid of this Macbook pro yup Apple is my sworn enemy. In Apple’s defense this is an old model but sis can’t take it no more. Macbooks are really beautiful and aesthetically pleasing both externally and internally and sturdy as a beast but they overheat and lag waaayyy too quickly. I’d also wanna be able to game on my laptop and the options for mac are just way too limited. I’ve been a mac user for 7 years but I think it’s time to switch back to windows (oh god I need to relearn how to use windows). I’m thinking of getting an asus or acer but can’t decide yet. asus was the #1 contender before you showed me that beauty of an acer concept and now it’s back to square 1.

Impressive. The MacBook is king. Period

Hi adrian, what computer would be good for vinyl cutting software?

  17. Eva Maynard on January 26, 2022 at 2:26 pm

I love macs but how do they communicate with android anything? I don’t want or need another mac email address. I don’t need or want issues accessing my music and video libraries between my android devices and the computer. Am I missing something? Are they still restricted to all ios devices?

  21. _ Ar8 on January 26, 2022 at 2:30 pm

I wouldnt recommend 8gb ram to any graphic designer

  22. Zaman Ahmadi on January 26, 2022 at 2:31 pm

Graphic card, processor, RAM, display resolution, SSD storage are all what mtters for graphic designing, gaming laptops with high end graphic card, display and processor and Mac are good choice.

  23. Shiloh R on January 26, 2022 at 2:32 pm

Out of all of these, what would you say is the best for animators and multitaskers? I like a lot of these but want one that uses W10Pro.
Thanks for making such a comprehensive video on why all of these are good choices. I’ve been looking to replace mine but not sure where to start.

    Cool review.

  30. bWWd on January 26, 2022 at 2:40 pm

These are overpriced a lot cause theyre new, the specs to price ratios arent that great and wacom pen tech is working as good as the ones that cost about 100$ so if you want gaming sure you can buy these

  31. Ibrahim Ajao on January 26, 2022 at 2:41 pm

  35. Fra Aaa on January 26, 2022 at 2:48 pm

Hi, I’m looking for an uncompromising notebook, that is, I don’t have to use it to play, but to work, and do everything; without a specific job. I would like these minimum features 16 Gb Ram, AMD 7 or amd9 processor, dedicated graphics card of at least 4GB, battery that lasts a long time and not noisy. What could you advise me? Understated design. Would a Gaming notebook be good for normal use and, if necessary, also for editing and playing? For normal business use ??

I come from 1 old pc that lasted me 11 years hp dv6 i3 (crap) and my idea is to buy a bomb that can last me another 10 years, with which I must have no limits of use and performance.

I am looking for a laptop with a super look like an Asus rog G14, something like that, could you help me? Kudos to the channel and advice ❣️
I also rate Dell and other brands …

Can i ask you ! For acer nitro 5 gaming i5 gtx 1650 4g i don’t want it for all of gaming . Is this laptop for designer or architecture and editing? What is your opinion?

  37. chengtzuu on January 26, 2022 at 2:50 pm

Hi, love your YouTube Adrian. Very informative. I’m currently deciding between MacBook air m1 16gb and Acer nitro 5 (AN515-45-R6J7) Ryzen 7 5800H, Nvidia geforce RTX 3060. I’m using it for photo and video editing and I hope to have a professional recommendation from you as both of them are about the same price. Hope you can give me some guidance. Thanks so much and keep rocking your YouTube channel

what do you think about Lenovo Yoga 9i 15.6” i7 10th gen?

  39. 緑前 on January 26, 2022 at 2:51 pm

just go and watch a linus tech tip video. this guy is saying things that he doesnt really understand. e.g, the listing ryzen 9 (beat i7) just means that its suggesting that ryzen 9 is better than i7. a marketing thing since the actual difference between ryzen and intel is more nuanced. essentially, ryzen can do more things but intel, i7, can do each thing better. my 2 cents is to just go intel. less drama. i5 or i7 get the more expensive one if you have the money. more importantly, ram and a good NVME M.2 ssd is important. not all ssd(s) are the same. a sata ssd for example is just a little faster than a regular hard drive. you need that NVME in the name so its running connected using the same way as your graphic card, thus makin it alot faster than a regular ssd. and get a big one. you are going to need enough space for somethin called cache or scratch disk. basically once that thing fills up your photoshop will lag like a bitch. you can restart your computer the refresh that. so if you get just enough storage and not leave much empty space, good luck with constant restarts my friend. from what i know, photoshop does not really use much gpu horse power. so just get anything with a gtx or rtx in the name and youll be safe.

Hey, I don’t have much experience in laptops but I’m interested in Acer ConceptD. Could you tell what’s the latest ConceptD model and suggest if I should go with the one you suggested or the latest one available. Your vid has been so helpful, Thank you.

  41. Vixa RS on January 26, 2022 at 2:52 pm

2.4g Ghz up to 4.2 Ghz? As many cores as you can? I5 to I9 but not explaining what to look for, what generations to look out for? None of that even makes sense.

At one point you even mentioned a laptop had a ryzen and a "beat i7" which was the listing literally saying that the processor "beat" an i7 in benchmarking, but you perceived it as having two processors I guess?

At another part, you said that the "dedicated graphics card" meant it was dedicated and "not built into the motherboard". Thats not what that means at all? Any nvidia gpu in a laptop is "dedicated" – that just means its not integrated within the CPU?

100% sRGB is not "awesome" for a designer – graphic designers are looking for high Adobe RGB scaled displays, not sRGB?

This entire video was just keyword nonsense and at most parts you just rambled on and mixed up keywords.

Nothing you were saying made sense, you even contradicted yourself at multiple parts.

I normally wouldn’t rag on anyones videos, you do you, but you are advising people on thousand dollar laptop purchases and literally spewing nonsense and misdirecting anyone who watches this.

Don’t do that. Make videos on topics you know.
