5 MUST-HAVE Technology Appliances for Your Tiny House to Save Time AND Money!

How does the hot water work? Is there an A/C in your tiny house? Do you have a stovetop? In this video, I’m answering a few preliminary questions on the technology appliances I’ve placed in the tiny house to make life easier for both the guests and myself.

This 12×24 foot shed-turned-tiny house build was completed in March 2021 in the backyard of my very first Atlanta investment property and then listed on Airbnb. If you’re interested in what that build process looked like, the cost and all other details, be sure to check out the GOING TINY series here: https://bit.ly/goingtinyseries

This is all so cool and so helpful. You didn’t discuss electricity source. We are contemplating going solar soon–how would that impact electricity for the tiny house.

These are great ideas for the Tiny house. The convenience and safety for your guest pays for your "piece/peace" of mind in your investment. I’m definitely going to be looking into Tiny houses when I move to Dallas, Texas in a few months. I already told my Realtor about you, and how you’re making moves here in Atlanta. He is definitely on board! Aaayyyeee!!! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

How does the induction get heat? You go girl! I’m passing this to my family in Detroit who own homes. A lot of that tech can be useful.

Awesome! I own a duplex, and I’m just getting started in the airbnb game. I live in one side and will airbnb the other side. I’m in Tennessee and am thinking about the possibility and potential upside of putting a tiny home in my backyard to further increase my income from airbnb. Of course, this will be a little further down the road after I gain some airbnb experience and income from the duplex.

One recommendation I have is to upgrade the microwave to a standard size that triples as a microwave/ air fryer/ convection oven. Available at Sam’s for less than 200 & can make your guests comfortable enough to stay for longer periods because they can make full meals

I really love that you went tankless & keyless. Great work
