  4. T270 WHISPERER on January 12, 2022 at 1:29 pm

I appreciate your honesty Kristina and I wonder how these type of homes would hold up to a 80 MHP wind?

  5. Dave Jarvis on January 12, 2022 at 1:29 pm

It’s not the house that’s costs, it’s the land and the utilities!

  6. throughdude23 on January 12, 2022 at 1:31 pm

With the price and extra expenses to build I would go with a manufactured home that has more value ane meets building codes. Plus you might get a little extra if you choose to sell depending if you have it in a desirable area.

  11. RicoLen1 on January 12, 2022 at 1:34 pm

You know? I think I would like a tiny home, but then I’d want to get like 4 or 5 of them…

  12. casper18795 on January 12, 2022 at 1:41 pm

According to the reviews and questions: the people purchasing, and asking questions, are idiots.

I lived in a 12*24 with an add on area of small bathroom. I there 5 years. It was great until my husband moved in. Not near enough room after that. Thank goodness it was only for a few months until our 3 bedroom was built.

You just said with free shipping, in my mind I can see an Amazon prime delivery van with a house on top strapped to the roof 😂

  18. David Buchanan on January 12, 2022 at 1:46 pm

Did she ever say the name or where to get the one in the beginning, all she did was quickly say how much it was at the end, where can I buy this tiny house.

  19. TheManny1952 on January 12, 2022 at 1:50 pm

Kristina, you put a smile on my curious face.

  20. Brian Homeyer on January 12, 2022 at 1:51 pm

Two big elephants in the tiny house that are not mentioned – water supply and sewage disposal.

  21. Dave Dave on January 12, 2022 at 1:52 pm

Did your crows feet eyes not read the title to the review you decided to judge? It said ‘worst decision ever’. Pay attention once in a while.

Why do you care how the people in the pictures look like???

  29. Google User on January 12, 2022 at 1:59 pm

I bought my repo for less 30 years ago. Fixed it up and lived cheap. Acre lot 4Bedroom 2.5 baths 2 car attached garage. Utilities less than $100 a month. Cost of living is crazy high for some people.

    RICH KIDS PLAY HOUSE

  31. ryanblueeyes on January 12, 2022 at 2:00 pm

I wouldn’t mind a tiny home, especially if it was just me in there. It’s a joke and not an apartment so possibly cheaper

  32. Casadoma U.S.A on January 12, 2022 at 2:02 pm

    Some are hurricane proof.

  33. Ivan Ivan on January 12, 2022 at 2:03 pm

  35. Constantine Garza on January 12, 2022 at 2:05 pm

😂 i am a framer and i can build that in a day. 😂 ..the price is BS .. .

  36. spamuel98 on January 12, 2022 at 2:06 pm

I think that "Avalon" one is actually bigger than my current apartment, lol. Nowadays, people don’t really care about these houses because of the smaller carbon footprint, it’s because we can’t afford actual houses with our decimated economy.

  37. Ted Apelt on January 12, 2022 at 2:08 pm

Is any house hurricane proof? If you have concrete block walls that are reinforced with grout and galvanized rebar, small Plexiglas windows, and a steel framed roof that is bolted to the walls, you could easily ride out a direct hit from the worst hurricane possible – provided you are not prone to flooding, including storm surge – high water will destroy just about anything.

  38. Rhonda Harbin on January 12, 2022 at 2:11 pm

I bought a two story shed from Home Depot and you can live in it if you wanted to. I had power ran to it. All it needs is insulation and water if I decide to convert it. I use it for storage on the bottom and my craft and hang out on the top. Cost 10,000 + 3500 for crush and run to level it. It’s great !!!

  43. Connie Kimble on January 12, 2022 at 2:14 pm

Ms. Kristina, I didn’t see the information on the last part of this video about the already finished tiny home for 39,000. Would like that information if that’s still available. Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the investigative work you do for all the information!!! I know it’s long tedious work, I used to do it myself but the reward of helping someone find exactly the right home or studio office is worth it!!! I’m a single mom with twins & I love tiny houses. I could never afford a big 3 bedroom house let alone the property taxes or insurance so these options give me hope!❤️Thanks again Kristina!By the way the very last one is my favorite! Is it located in LA?

  48. Maryj on January 12, 2022 at 2:23 pm

We lived in a tiny home growing up then my dad added an extension doubling the SF. But originally it was a tiny home…it was an awesome home to grow up in.

  49. J B on January 12, 2022 at 2:23 pm
