Where did you get the aluminum discs for the Anderson buckets?
The panel says outside light but there is no switch to control it? Lol.
Have the blocks. Had a fab shop cut steel ( which I coated in rubberized coating). Work great and still magnets work. Just an idea..
You can add a dimmer to nondimmable led lights. It’s called pwm dimmer. Pulse width modulated dimmer. What it does is turn it on and of so fast the light never has time to reach full bright. It’s all great for theater night
👍🏽👍🏽
Where did you get the aluminum disks?
The anti-slip material on the plates is an excellent idea and thank you for sharing. Can you shorten the valences?
watched a couple of times, when it came to running wire around the couch and around the recliners overhead . Did you JD go behind the wall inside to run the 110 ac to have two plugs in on either side of the windows ? or were the 110 ac already there. Really like your channel. I`m also thinking of about the same type Rig you have. Truck and 5th wheel looking at last years Ram Diesel
I’ve got the Anderson jack block… Where can you get the disc?
Ive been watching your videos for years and I love them, I have an RV now and your videos are really helpful!! Keep up with the great content!!!
Really liked the video; where did you get the plates?
Where did you get the light outlets?
I had the issue of the long valance trim pieces falling down on my Solitude 310 dining tabletheater seat slide . I ended up securing them to the frame by drilling-gluing in 14”x1” dowel pins. Overkill for sure, but no issues since.
Oh, that’s funny – we just did the stick-on tile to our bathroom sink a few days back! (and I may have recorded the process) I think it looks great, honestly. We had the same concerns if it’ll peel off over time but, hey, it’ll give us something to do again I guess. The only thing we did different was cut it in half laterally. Nice upgrades – keep’em coming!
What is the make/model/year of your RV please? Couldn’t find the info in your links/info. 😊
What did you use for the corner piece in the bathroom for the backsplash?
Bathroom looks great. I wouldn’t go higher. Lights in living room awesome.
What about make a hole in the middle so it’s easier to take them apart?
I’m going to use the first two ideas. I like the Anderson jack “buckets” and the remote controlled strip lighting has been ordered!!
Everything looks super cool. You did a great 👍 job!
I suggest not going up the wall with the back splash on the side-it may make your bathroom too closed in (not sure I would have put it up the side at all). It does look nice.
The tile looks good as is.
Love the lights and plugs. Great upgrades leave the tile it looks great
Great video JD! Like the tile, can repost link to the brand you used. I believe finding a way to secure would look best for valances, if you don’t light will come through the sides.
I can’t seem to find the video where you originally talked about the aluminum discs for your Andersem buckets. Link to video or more info on those, please. Where’d you get them or how did you cut them? Diameter and thickness? We can very rarely fit the buckets under our rear jacks, would like to get snap pads for those but still have the versatility to use buckets when necessary.
The bathroom looks much better that way. Glad you listened about that. All very useful, I will probably use some.
Like the bathroom tiles, looks good. It’s fine as is.
Love all those simple upgrades awesome 👌, I like the backslash the way it is now. I wouldn’t up with it
What’s up with the note on the control panel that says “stairs”?
I like all the little upgrades you’ve been doing.
BTBR, did your RV outlet wall plates have a center screw for multi plug outlet w/ nights lights to screw into, did you replace, or go without fastening? Mine appear to be a solid (snap on?) plate with no center screw.
I think the way you did the tiles looks great…… and it is going to cost me…. in a good way!
For the aluminum discs, you could use plywood or Azec with steel washers attached to take advantage of the magnets in the buckets.
My biggest complaint is when there’s not enough light. I don’t think I’ve ever said wow, this is too bright.
You asked to comment so for those of us raised by their momma and weren’t shown much how to do stuff. Can you show us you doing some of these upgrades instead of how it looks already done. Enjoy your videos. 🍻
I would have put the tile to the bottom of the cabinet and top of the outlet.
Your videos are so helpful and creative. I’ve been “camping” for 30 years and I’ve learned a lot. But YouTube in general and specifically your channel have educated me To a level that helps me help others.
Love the LED lights. They are well done. Don’t change a thing.
You did a great job on the backslash in the bathroom and what you added to the island in a previous video. Don’t add any more to the bathroom. It looks great.
I like and at the same time don’t like the side valances. I appreciate your fix and I think I’d leave it the way it is.
Nice job once again. Keep doing what you do. You are an excellent resource for newbies and for those who think they know everything 🤣.
Thanks again.
I am thinking of taking off the sides to the window valance, issue with ours is at the bench table seating area if you want to sit the long way on the bench to watch tv they stick right into your back. We have a Coachman Sprit 3379bh
I would appreciate a video(s) on permanently parked RVs. Are axle jacks of value (tires & wheel bearings)? Value of jack stands for frame (do they save auto leveling system? Your sponsor sells some items; although I would like reviews on other products as well. I realize that some questions are outside your normal purview. Thank you, I enjoy your videos.
Where did you get the aluminum disk?
Hi.
Great channel and great information.
Can I get the name and model of the led lights you added to your trailer that is 120 volts with the night light and usb outlets.
Thanks.
Bob.
Hi JD, We love your channel. My wife keeps updating her To-Do list and luckily she enjoys working on the Fiver as much as I do. I looked all through your old videos and I know I’ve seen it, but I just couldn’t find where you sourced and sized the alum plates you put in the Anderson levelling blocks. Can you link the source and/or diameter/thickness you used? Thanks for everything.
I would like some information on the lighted outlets you installed. Where you purchased them and what they are called, please.
Yep, that backsplash looks just like we thought. Definitely don’t go any higher.
Those outlets are pretty cool, think we might need to pick some up.
Did I miss where those touch outlets were from?
Where did you buy the lighted receptacbles? Thanks
Truck bed liner paint would’ve worked great, too!
The bathroom backsplash looks PERFECT as is now! WOWZERS! The lights in the living area are LOVELY! Well done!
why even use a “anderson “ product.
Leave the stick on tile like it is. Don’t go any higher in my opinion
Nice work on the bathroom backsplash. Glad you didn’t go up the wall with it. Looks great just like that.
