My doctor said this bluelight thing is total bullshit and opticians unnecessary loot from customers by scaring them.
While staring at screens our eyes get stressed not because of blue light, but because of staring at the same object, at the same distance for very long time without blinking.
He recommended me 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 min, get up and leave the screen, and look at things approximately 20 feet away for 20 seconds and try to move your eyeballs.
Stop this bluelight bulshit.
