Cell Phones For Soldiers

Cell Phones For Soldiers

When University of Massachusetts-Amherst Junior Robbie Bergquist was
just 12 years old, he and his then 13-year-old sister Brittany
started “cell phones for soldiers.”

Eight years later, they have provided more than 150 million minutes of
prepaid calling cards to active military members and veterans.

This morning Robbie was joined by governor walker at the state capitol
to announce a calling card donation to Wisconsin troops.

Mark Koehn interviews Bergquist on the noon show.
