I met Steven one time a couple of months ago when I desperately needed a wire to charge my phone. The store across the street wanted to charge me $10 for the wire and when I told him that was too expensive he sent me to Cellular for Less and I had the privilege to meet Steven who looked all around his store to find me the right wire and finally he did and did NOT charge me one penny. I stood there in disbelief and told him I want to pay for it and he said, "Go…..take it and enjoy." What a mentch and so funny too.
