I have had vertigo for 14 months. I had just had a panic attack thinking it’s going to get worse. Then I saw this. Using THC edibles for nausea. I describe it as living in a row boat with periodic tsunamis. I have to finish it over a cup of tea tomorrow as I’m crying at the miracle of this video popping up on my feed.

I’ve had dizzy spells since I was little. I’m turning 66 in a few months and vertigo episodes were becoming more frequent as I aged. Three years ago, I lost 32 lbs & started walking everyday. I’ve changed my eating habits, greatly reduced alcohol intake (to almost none) and hydrate diligently. My vertigo disappeared. I pray it doesn’t return.

Head ache, dizziness, and vertigo the solution is the have to drink 8 glasses a day. Sleep late, talking to much, drinking alcohol it can hydrate you, in order to replenish is to drink enough water, maybe they drink water but it’s enough that why they have dizziness, and vertigo that’s it is no medication needed at all. No need to complicate it cause medication it can makes complicated

Urinary leakage and urgency can be cured with vaginal estradiol tablets. Once a day for two weeks and then 2x a week forever. Estradiol is a hormone molecule that is made by our own body. Inserted in the vagina it act only on the bladder and vagina. Doctors are being negligent for prescribing Detrol.

My husband never had any medications, however, he was diagnosed with early onset FTD with Variants. At age 46 . He passed away age 68. This disease absolutely pulled the rug out from my life. I have Vertigo quite often, and The Epley Manouver is a wonderful thing. It is nauseating to do the manouver, but great when it settles the floating calcium crystals in my inner ear.

I have found vertigo also happens with spectacles and how the focus can cause vertigo.
I have a pair of glasses and if I wear them for more than two weeks then virtago sets in.
I have tested this theory and yet there is no research on it.

when I was about 16 I was diagnosed with ‘postural hypotension’. I stood up quickly and lifted my arms up around my boyfriends neck. I actually passed out for a couple seconds. This hadn’t recurred for many many yrs. I recently had facet injections steroids in my neck, I have degenerated discs in my neck and had horrible reactions, one was terrible vertigo. I was bedridden for 2 mos. the vertigo passed but not entirely. If I bend over and get up quickly I get slightly dizzy. I’m not sure what’s going on. Any ideas? btw several mos ago l had vertigo migraines. one of my own theories us neurological damage from mercury poison from silver fillings. I also had a consult w an upper cervical chiropractor who said my atlas needs major adjustment. unfortunately ins doesn’t cover it.

In the morning I went to get a drink from the kitchen, and became so dizzy, that I actually Fainted. That’s when I called an Ambulance. I spent The day and night in The Hospital, with no real help, but finally diagnosed with Vertigo, but no treatment. I’m now 71.

My mother was the typical working and then stay-at-home-mom (after I was born-#5!). She had the vertigo/dizziness as long as I remember and I wanted her to be able to get up and out of the house. It never happened but we were able to keep her in her house with a live-in caretaker (went through several and settled for the one that STOLE THE LEAST (truthfully, prior helpers had ‘helped-themselves to everythng that wasn’t bolted down!). –REMOVE EVERYTHING with sentamental value AND CASH VALUE… THEY WILL BLATANTLY STEAL YOU BLIND AND IF MISSING ITEMS ARE NOTICED, THERE ARE THE home-therapists and nurses and case workers which WILL BE THER SCAPEGOATS…andmaybe they did also?! JUST REMOVE/STORE EVERYTHING OF VALUE SO THEY CAN ONLY STEAL FOOD/ADULT DIAPERS/ETC>

My mum had it when 50.She had been staying in hospital for a month. But she is 86 now and she never had again after her treatment in hospital. Myself had it on 37 after I had a treatment injury from a chiropractic from which I developed many health problems. I gradually healed after two things I did. One is exercise and the other is I became a Christian. My mum had many medicine during her stay in hospital and for sometime after her hospital. I have never taken any medicine. I had some natural product which might help but not main solution.

Only 20 minutes in after watching Dr. Newman report and this is absolutely true and sharing it w/ my family. I’m on so so many different medications and I had a feeling the medication was making me worse than the original problem w/ bladder or w/ depression. So excellent. I try to exercise daily and this has been one of the BEST way to balance my mind and body and physiology overall…. Should be stressed more than anything.
