Would someone please post a picture of the legs/feet on the GE 4-in-1 microwave (JES1109RRSS) or a picture of the underside from it? I believe there’s something not quite right about my new microwave. The right side seems to be sitting directly on the counter, like it has no leg or foot on that side. Thank you in advance.

I just got mine. The instructions to use this is terrible. Nothing on the broil option, not much on air fry mode. There is a pdf file to download and it has more about the microwave than the two instructions sheets in the box. So disappointing on their end…
Why couldn’t you just do a video of using the different functions of the oven?? What good did this video do? I do preheat of my oven and when it says it’s ready, it IS NOT up to temp! Maybe a faulty oven – might have to return!

Why does this not come with any instructions?. Just one little sheet of paper, super basic, no guidance? And it came with a tall rack and says you must use when air frying, ok sounds good. But I also came with a low rack and absolutely no reference as to what this one is for???? Anyone know? It has orange rubber feet in it, do those stay on and what do I use this rack for?
Te what use and care manual are you referring to in all these comments?? Mine came with a basic microwave manual that is 4 pages only, and a 1 sided air fry guide, if you can call it that.
Great Microwave scandalous directions. Marketing needs to hire and show someone using this thing on settings from top to bottom.

How to use the broil feature with this microwave. Do you use the stand or just the plate to like heat up cheese for cheese toast?
I am very disappointed that no instructions on how to use this other that a printed sheet about air fryer. A basic how to use would be very helpful. How do you preheat? How do you set the time for something to cook? I am tempted to return it.

Do you always leave the glass plate underneath when cooking all four types? It says use crispy pan and tall rack when air frying…in what order, what goes on what? Absolutely terrible instructions – the ones online as well – horrible.
Hi, I have this appliance and I love its functionality. However, when I use it and it kicks off, it will not stop beeping unless I unplug it. Help.
Can you please demonstrate how to use all the features? The online manual is not clear. At all. This is a brand new type of product and it seems like most of us are afraid to even try the other features because the instructions are unclear. Is it supposed to spin while air frying and on convection? That makes me nervous it’s just microwaving the metal. Another link to the manual is not helpful.
How is the combination feature used? I’m not sure what provided grills to use and how.

I liked it for the price at the pre Black Friday sale at Best Buy for $180. Why but a regular microwave when you can get broiling,baking airfying and microwave in one? I didn’t expect a glossy recipe book but at least do better for the instructions. I understand it’s probably more cost effective to have the consumer print out that information but a few more paragraphs would’ve been nice. The control panel would be much more functional if you could see it. It works like it is supposed to and I’m sure after more use I’ll enjoy it more.
Confusing, unintuitive interface and no simple instruction video. Find a good product Ux person and have them help you make a less confusing product interface. Or Just show how to use the keypad and the convection, air fry, combi(whatever that is), and broil. Also not sure what racks/plates to put into the oven when using the various modes. Frustrating.

Why did this only come with a 4 page basic microwave manual and a one sided air fry guide, useless info. A video longer than 35 seconds from the company showing how to do it would be helpful. And waist the short rack for?? There is no reference to it anywhere in the couple pages. Kind of disappointing I might just box it up and take it back. I haven’t even tried it yet but if you can’t provide any descent features then I assume that means there isn’t a thing special about it???
