I just got the 2021 iPad Mini . I want a cutesy planner like the one you showed that literally looked like a spines notebook planner inside the iPad. And that whatever I write plan from my iPad it’s automatically on my iPhone as well

I am just starting on digital planning and got my new iPad Air 4, like you said I had a hard time finding the right platform to use with my previous tablet/computer having a Samsung galaxy book with an iPhone 13 so now that I have the same apple brand products I am hoping to be more productive. Paper planners, bullet journals, and even stalogies were hard for me personally to use on a daily basis and remember to use it.

  10. Elga Benedicta on August 22, 2022 at 2:39 am

I’m an Android user (Samsung Tablet & Samsung phone – synchronized). IMHO, Samsung Notes is far superior than Noteshelf, I have both but I have been digital planning for 2 years using Samsung Notes without much complaints. I highly recommend it 👌

This was really thorough – digital planning is a game changer, for real. We love that it’s so individualized. Like, you can use it for productivity or you can use it for a creative outlet (and everything in between.)

  13. Katerina Gundar on August 22, 2022 at 2:41 am

well, notion works on Windows devices. I am a cross-platform user, cause MacBook can’t cover all the needs for my workflow, so I switch from my windows laptop to iPad pro or iPhone when it comes to productivity, However, I don’t need goodnotes on my laptop, sooo… for my fellows, cross-platform users, Microsoft OneNote, Notion and Google calendar works with both IOS and Windows. Just saying.

  14. Dan Hickson on August 22, 2022 at 2:42 am

I would like to do apple calendar and GoodNotes. I like where you are going in this video, I just started doing digital and not good at it , but its just the beginning

  15. tania gardere macleod on August 22, 2022 at 2:43 am

Any way to have my GoodNotes Digital planner to sync with any reminders app? Google calendar?

  16. Stine Julius on August 22, 2022 at 2:44 am

I just started making my own digital planner with keynote and GoodNotes. Although I’m having some trouble figuring out the right size of the presentation in keynotes that is the right fit for GoodNotes. I have an iPad Air 4th gen, and also use Procreate to put in art pieces and such in my planner. The last planner I made in keynotes was 2360×1640 but I was having some trouble with the pens in GoodNotes as my smallest pen would have to be 0,75 mm for me to be able to see the written thing when all zoomed out on my planner. Which size would you recommend? And what sizes do you normally create your planners in keynote?

  25. Brittney S on August 22, 2022 at 2:49 am

I will be using a physical planner this year as well as digital. I just have a lot going on between household things, 2 kiddos, college, my business and homeschooling my kids to juggle so multiple planners just makes sense to keep it all separate for me 😅 it’s a lot some days but I do enjoy the process

  26. a me on August 22, 2022 at 2:50 am

Is it possible to use Goodnotes as similarly as I would a physical planner (i.e everything being on the same page for the week/month without clicking to extra pages)? I find it most difficult to adapt with digital planners when everything is under and inside different sub-pages. "Out of sight, out of mind" is usually how my brain operates when it comes to planning, so I need holistic view for my week and months constantly – otherwise I’ll forget it or change the system completely. For now the paper planner is the only one doing that for me, but I hate losing my pens and would love to have everything in the same streamlined place.

  27. leah tate on August 22, 2022 at 2:54 am

I love your tip to push your system to the limit creatively. I don’t use goodnotes for planning, but it’s perfect for me to create vision boards and a monthly spread for a scrapbook diary!!

What’s your favorite keyboard to use with your iPad Pro? I constantly use GoodNotes with my Apple Pencil, but I think a keyboard would be a wonderful addition to my study space. Thanks!

your timeline descriptions werent very helpful. maybe if youd given them more meaningful titles like "outlining notion", "google calendar" etc. meh

  41. Teisha Frank on August 22, 2022 at 3:12 am

Can you do a tutorial on making widgets? Also I made a planner(thanks to you!) but my hyperlinks aren’t working in goodnotes but they do in collanote. But I don’t like the layout for collanote.

  49. Rina Giron on August 22, 2022 at 3:23 am

Question: Your planner is dated. I’m looking for 2023 something that I can’t use only once but instead expend on the add-on like clip arts. I’ve been watching your videos and even bought some stickers and Icoms. I like them!

  50. Jennifer S on August 22, 2022 at 3:25 am

I just want to do it to be creative but also for reminders. Is there a digital planner that does reminders? I am using collanote. Is there any that will sync with Google calendar for reminders? I don’t want to use Google calendar as I want more customization like stickers and such
