We’re at $114. $99 seems low for California. Everything is expensive out there.

We charge $100 service fee with a 90 day warranty on our service. used to charge 75 but we were starving. Two techs I’ve automated the calls and scheduling. We limit time diagnosis to 30 minutes. Agitator dogs sould take no more than 10 minutes. Heating elements shouldn’t take more than 20 minutes to install. We know what part we need going in. Always get model numbers before going to a call. Time and efficiency. One thing you can’t win em all. Pride can get in the way. Some machines are just too far gone to fix especially old rusties.

Does your $99 service fee include the second trip back for the actual parts installation? BTW, great job with the content. Thanks!
