    hi,
thanks for the tips and ideas
for my own project I have used insulation panels 3/4 inch, one side is aluminum like which is great foe lighting and the opposite side can be paint or covered with almost anything, I have chosen acoustic foam panels.
the hole setup is extremely light weight but some what fragile
    cheers

I’ve made a wall like this before. The idea with the wheels gave a great idea to combine both ideas to make a walk in wardrobe.

Just wanted to say thank you. This inspired me to build one as well. I did mine a little differently though.

I realized that the bottom of the wall would never ever be seen. On each side, I put in a single gang electrical box to put in power outlets. I also put in a single gang electrical box at the top. On one of the sides of the wall, I used a shore power connector. Now like a RV, I just need to park it somewhere that has an extension cord and I have power. If I need lighting shooting up or down, I have electrical power to do it and it will not be in the shot. I also mounted hooks at the top for hanging a green screen down. I also mounted hooks on the side if I want to use banners.

    Thanks again for the inspiration!

I want to make a detached movable wall like you did. I know the plan and get all the stuffs I need. I don’t know how to put them together. Can I just glue it? I just want to have walls to divide my huge wide living room. I want a small space for living room as I am only using it for myself. I’m going to make extra room in my house. Looks easy to do. I don’t even know how to cut things straight. Even cutting a cling wrap doesn’t go right.always cut it uneven.
