How to: Clean: Best Stainless Steel Appliances Cleaner

This video will show you the result of using 3 different cleaning methods for stainless steel appliances using WD-40, Weiman Stainless Steel Wipes, and Windex + Baby Oil. The video will also show you which cleaning method requires minimal maintenance afterward. We will simulate water residues and show whether a simple cloth wipe will revert the refrigerator back to its original cleaning state.

    I clean with warm soapy water to clean the surface then follow up with Olive oil. It works great 😁

    It’s actually bad to use windex on stailess steel because it damages it with repeated use. WD-40 is the best way to go. Just use very little so it doesn’t get on your hands.

    Thanks for this video. In all fairness though, I believe all three should be cleaned with Windex first. The other two products are being applied to a dirty surface. Windex is known to leave a steak free surface. Therfore all three products aren’t really applied to the same surface conditions. Imo.

    wd40 isnt cleaning. It’s hiding. I only use glass cleaner, works great!
