    I can’t open my phone at all, so I can’t even put the sim in. Such a stupid way to open a cell phone. I have no phone service at all now;

    Thank you so very much for your help with this ‘ duh ‘ process.. lol.. I’ve had this phone for a couple of weeks and couldn’t figure how to or even Where the sim card was. Because it didn’t have the little hole w oblong thingy for sim n by all means of looking..didn’t have a removable backside.. but then u n your video… 100% ♡♡
