For them to pick it back up, does the thing you wanna get refund has to be in a Amazon box or envelope or can it just be like in a normal bag or box of the item and give them myself when they come pick it up?
I’m trying to return an item that needed the seller approval. We got it but now there are not instructions on how to return it. And customer service help is not accessible nor clear. Do you have any suggestions?

I actually work at 1 of the amazon hubs in a local corner shop it’s really as easy as giving me the parcel, ngl tho it’s embarrassing I didn’t know how it worked for the customer 😅 thx alot your vid was alot of help

Can the item be re-sealed in any type of box if you drop it off at a UPS store?
Hi pls help i have a question. Will i get my money refunded right to my account after i drop the package off or do customer recieve their money before they drop their package off. I havent recieved my refund money yet and im going tommorrow to drop it off.
I can’t find orders in your orders that have been delivered. They are still in return window. Like they just got delivered the very day. It would be helpful if you started from the actual starting place of returning. Finding the order is really complicated as of like six months ago and I can’t find out how to do this in an easy way. Use to be able to do this all the time no problem. It feels like Amazon made it harder on purpose because they are loosing money.

What is the seller supposed to do with your opened packages? Do you care that it probably can’t be resold, because you tore the package, unrolled the light strip, used it and didn’t think it was bright enough? Maybe bent or not. Guys like you that use ‘inaccurate website description’ are simply liars. It’s not right that you would freely ‘chisel others’ winding your way around the web and rip-off sellers. Amazon doesn’t lose out, but third-party sellers certainly do LOSE. Blocking your email and address? You are why is it not sustainable for many honest sellers. Continue to speak thru your nose and when you get a chance drop dead for posting this BS.

U 100% should be charged 4 returns imo, with EVERYTHING. The world has become too much of a throwaway society. We waste way too much. Js omg u wont even take it to a post o f fice. Sorry this triggered me lol

Just a correction in your choice of return reason.. You ‘BOUGHT BY MISTAKE’ is the reason for the return because you bought the wrong illumination, that’s YOUR mistake, not that it was defective or didn’t work, the items worked. You’ve made Amazon believe that the item doesn’t work or is defective when it works perfectly fine but just not for you which was your ‘personal mistake’.
Does it need to be in the same bag for box that it came with because I don’t have to box
