Meet Ralph Baer, the Father of Video Games

Ralph Baer, who developed the first home video game console, the Magnavox Odyssey, died in December of 2014 at the age of 92. Back in 2009, we chatted with Baer about his impact on the industry.

    To see first-hand how far his work has come is truly a spectacle.
    No one could have imagined back then what we are playing today.

    I feel though that the reason he was not assassinated early in his life is because the government felt they could use his idea for various mind control purposes/experiments.
