Hello everyone! I decided to take lemons and make lemonade with my speed build of these Californian townhomes that I, unfortunately, did not notice I wasn’t filming until AFTER I was finished… *deep breaths* so I decided to do a CC showcase instead of my favorite functional items that make the game that much more realistic. I have a question for the comunity: Does somebody remembers a mod or cc that combines the coffee machine with the tea machine, two in one? I feel like it already exists. Maybe some realistic tea pot sims could directly pour tea or coffee, that would be ideal. Thanks!
I know this is an older video but when you said that you don’t use ice cream/pop corn machines bc sims will just live off of those, I just thought to mention that Bienchen has great little tuning mods just for that! I’m able to use the small appliances again.. 😀 I think it’s in her "less annoying autonomy" category. She’s a great modder and keeps her mods up to date!

Thank you! I actually have that second washer and dryer set in real life so I use that all of the time, but I love the switches and sockets and can’t wait to download them!

The one AirCon from ATS4 (very top of the pic from the ATS site, above the radiator) looks exactly like the one that’s in a lot of Japanese Apartments (including mine). *runs to download that and the rice maker* (I can’t afford Snowy Escape atm so I’ll make due)
The sock hamper was so cool and I love the scenes in windows and doors and the alternate water collector and functional flower arranging table

I love your calm demeanor. It seems a lot of Sims players (at least many of the ones whose videos appear when I do search results) are hyped up all the time on a gallon or two of Starbucks coffee that has several tablespoons of sugar. Can you do a video on unzipping files ? I have no idea how to do that & maybe explaining tray files and how to add them to your game 😭 I have to buy a new computer but I’ve never knew how to do this and I would love to know how! Great Video btw.
Definitely keep the build mode CC coming. A lot of other channels cover CAS but I love seeing more build items as I mostly build in the game. Thanks!!
