You, sir, are awesome. Thank you for sharing.
Good job dude! 👍🇮🇳🙏
I’d like to get either of my parents a smartphone someday but budget & choice are major issues. It would definitely need gorilla glass or at very least have a wide selection of full tempered glass screen protectors. Also it’s over-all build quality & battery life need to be decent. They’re not power users so it’s internal specs aren’t really important. It’d need to be compatible with Verizon & cost around $150.00 but preferably less if possible, anyone got ideas?
Learning how to drive a car includes knowing what the gas pedal is and how to use it. First things first!!! My car can drive itself but I need to supply some of the inputs.
The problem that I find with instructions is like telling someone how to get to grandma’s house by telling them to turn right at the next intersection and her house is the 2rd house on the right. Where do you start from? I am 84 and have had a career in air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical ect. and worked with industrial electronics but that doesn’t tell me how to set up my first smart phone and since I don’t have young folks to help me I find a lot more questions than answers.

Hello how do I make a video on my new telephone 😮 I just bought this new telephone and I can only make pictures and not make videos.
I just want to make videos of my cats
maybe 30 years since now I will be on the other side needing the assistance of a youngster geek. I hate thinking about that
Excellent video!
I am old enough to be your grandfather. I will tell you why people appear to shut down as they get older. I bought one of the first home computers, a Victor 9000. Studied and studied. Made manuals and studied programs. Have you ever heard of a victor 9000? Of course not. Companies go out of business. Businesses hype their products (which are really not new and improved, just changed). So you lose interest in learning new technology. I am watching two youtube videos a day over the next two weeks on androids. It beats someone telling you "it’s easy" and then showing how sophisticated he or she might be.
I’m getting my mom the samsung a01 because its new and not too expensive, plus its from Samsung so its good, and my mom needs help with alot of things with her current phone and she doesn’t know who to use most apps so I’m gonna try to teach her,
My mom still can’t do it and keeps bugging me to get her a freakin’ Jitterbug phone.
Which AppLock should I use? there’s like 5 with the exact same name?
Huawei phones also have an easy mode
Good tips! Thank you!
thanksss
Which mobile is this
thank you!! I am the elderly person and everything you said rings true. I am looking into getting a smart phone and this put me at ease.
I wish more techies were as socially conscious as this fellow . We may slow down, find too much stimuli (like smartphone setups and layouts for techies ) distracting and perhaps most important is that we elders were brought up in our formative years without all the "bells and whistles" you millenials and post millenials have been . I don’t believe for a moment just because we have been around for 65 or more years we have more wisdom and knowledge. I’ve met 19 year olds who are knowledgeable and wise and seniors who act like 2 yr olds . However those of us "elders"( prefer that term to senior citizens) who do possess wisdom, knowledge and understanding have a lot to offer . And then there are we right brained folks of any age who are more apt to be more creative, literary and artistic together with the left brained socially conscious techies can work together to make a better community, society and world
So awesome! Thank you!!!
The unstable hand make me dizzy
Tqsm internet😘 i got everything what i need actually credit for technology
NIce video. Can you please suggest smartphone to buy for old age people. Thanks in Advance.

Thank you for this. I have learned a thing or two.

great video!
Very helpful. Thank you!
I wish android stock would have easy set up option already installed so you could toggle it on or off, my mother struggles to remember what the icons are so it would be good to have the word written below it
There are quite a few app lock apps…who is the developer? Thanks!
am doing this for someone, useful reminder on keeping homescreen simple. Under apps, notifications was disabled on whatsapp for this person and caused them lots of upset.
LOLLLL I’m a family and school tech support!
Great video, very helpful.
What BS arrogance from some know it all techie. There’s no rationale for any device to be so damn complex. Isn’t it a PHONE ? Do we really need a computer in hand 24/7 ? This deserves a no star for lack of intelligent empathy for those who may not know what you think you know. "Grandma "indeed.
Gonna try this with mom
What’s the name and price of the android phone
Which applock app is it?? there’s like, a dozen…
Finally got my grandma off of a flip phone. This is very helpful. Thank you for the video!
If your a samsung you can use easy mode
I’m going to finally get a smartphone. I’d like to know how to minimize the clutter on the home screen!
I am a 68 year old man, and the only thing I need from a so-called "smartphone" is the ability to make telephone calls. No need for emails as I have a computer and certainly no need for texting either. I have a proper camera for photography, both still and videos. I have no need to access the internet whilst I am out and about. Having said all of that, when I first got my phone I attempted to answer a call by pressing the green answer button, would the phone stop ringing, would it heck – it was only later that I discovered that I needed to swipe the green button out of the inner circle to answer the call, how crazy is that, not very intuitive are they.
Thank you sir.
App Lock is exactly what I was looking for so my father doesnt make accidental changes to his settings. Thanks a bunch
I got my dad a personal assistant app so when he gets a text it pops up in the app on the screen as a pop up it’s big text he just clicks the microphone talks into it and it sends it so he doesn’t have to learn the keyboard until he wants to
