David and David discuss whether or not you should get a 5G cell phone in 2020. Although 5G is new and exciting, it hasn’t been deployed in enough areas yet to justify the increased price of 5G phones.

60 gigahertz millimeter microwaves was first successfully demonstrated in 1897 in Calcutta India. Not one recorded/confirmed illness or death since then as far as I know.

I come from the future. Almost all the major carriers offer 5g coverage in every major city and 5g phones are much cheaper now.

Actually the H+ before is so strong and ther here it comes the 3G and H+ became so slow then the 4G came out and the 3G slow. And i think maybe they just slowing the previous tech and not really making faster tech

  18. Mohamed Alajmi on December 27, 2020 at 10:26 pm

No, please do not get any 5G phone. It is extremely dangerous in many ways. Do not encourage it. Please research what 280 different scientists and doctors have already said about it 2 years ago. We were all warned about this, now its killing people.

  19. Ken Ader on December 27, 2020 at 10:30 pm

Maybe in a couple of years plus it will be worth looking into.

1 year later Nov 2020. In Canada, Telus covers the 5 biggest cities in the country, excluding Montreal, and some spotty rich communities in the east, which are relatively isolated. Nothing in between. peace

  31. mattia dizard on December 27, 2020 at 10:40 pm

Most low income families wont be able to afford it any way

  32. Chico Christe Pace on December 27, 2020 at 10:40 pm

thot so too. there is no really exciting applications in 5g when a typical user these days is used to 4g tech, which is what we practically just need. i even asked the 5g phones sales people about it. they said there’s not much huge advantage except the speed. so, not worth the few hundred bux
, especially in my country where there’s only 2 major cities that had 5g and not in my city yet. not to mention, 4g here is still not even half its expected quality.

  33. patsy mcginty on December 27, 2020 at 10:42 pm

  34. Natasha Dev on December 27, 2020 at 10:43 pm

    My 4g works fine!

  35. Richard Gomes on December 27, 2020 at 10:43 pm

I guess 5G will be ultimately deployed to smaller cities more or less quickly since it is a good opportunity for mobile telephony operators to compete against internet broadband operators. Yes, many times they both are part of a single big conglomerate… but sometimes not. In the case of my residence in particular, I’m cornered between relatively slow twisted pair broadband services and a very fast coax cable service from a company I simply hate. And so, I’m anxious for a broader range of options from new entrants in this market of internet connectivity. A 5G mobile hotspot at home would be wonderful and I would not have problem to be kinda first adopter, paying a premium for a fast service which keeps me far from the coax cable operator.

  38. Red BB on December 27, 2020 at 10:49 pm

Spot on guys, I often struggle to get 4G now & it’s been out for about 8 years!

  39. Alejandro Guerra on December 27, 2020 at 10:50 pm

It’s not the speed that’s cool about 5g so this video completely misses the point

  40. Cat Lynn on December 27, 2020 at 10:50 pm

I got a great idea let’s all get heavily radiated with 5G by cutting down our trees and replacing them with towers at every corner of every neighborhood. Take my money! Here’s $1000 so I can use this 5g phone for a couple months before I realize me and my whole family are sick. 👍🏼

  41. Rick Flint on December 27, 2020 at 10:52 pm

I like my 4G phone . No thanks

  42. Hugh Jones on December 27, 2020 at 10:53 pm

Don’t encourage 5G! How? By not buying into it simple!🤗🙂

  43. christie silva on December 27, 2020 at 10:53 pm

Is the bigger radiation coming from the 5g phone or from the tower

  44. Jane Roth on December 27, 2020 at 10:53 pm

5G 10x more radiation. 5g is in NYC July 2020.

  45. Hetro Monogamous on December 27, 2020 at 10:56 pm

  46. mikeyb byekim on December 27, 2020 at 10:57 pm

  47. christie silva on December 27, 2020 at 10:58 pm

  48. oswiecacz ciemnoty on December 27, 2020 at 11:00 pm

No body can handle the truth, if 5g starts hopefully in China first you’re dead, hopefully first death cases in the west will be advertised. So next set of idiots maybe stop using 5G, realize the reality .It will kill you doesn’t take much

  49. christie silva on December 27, 2020 at 11:00 pm
