Kk. But those who can’t afford house having space can’t afford these things either. So what’s the point of making these space saving objects?
I never imagined it ever, but retractable stairs one looks fantastic. Cut off mfers from going upstairs. Also, the extra space.
This stuff is neat but a majority of it is mainly just vanity and would cost a pretty penny for those unable to buy a larger space to begin with. Less automaton, less secret cubby spaces taking up interior space, just put some simple shelving in that folds manually.

I think people tend to over glamorize hidden drawers that have the contents hidden under the drawer. Any would be thief is well aware that hidden drawers are a thing, and it’s very obvious if they are hidden under the drawer (weight/sound/WAAAAY shallower depth in the drawer). At best, you might fool young kids, which might be all you want, but yeah, not as hidden as the videos make it out to be.
Better option is a hidden second shallow drawer inside disguised as the top of the drawer jam. Sure, it’s still easy to be found, but it’s not as likely to *feel* off when you open the drawer.
