I’m considering the Alf Appliance myself, but I haven’t found that many before & after pictures of adults after Alf treatment on the web. My lower jaw is pushed a bit back, I have crowding on my lower frontal teeth, cross-bite and a narrow jaw in general. My goal is to get a facial profile that can fit in the Bolton Norm profile for facial symmetry, thereby making sure that my airways are wide enough. My nose seems straight enough though, in other words I don’t think that I have the worst case of a declining lower jaw.
