1:55 kinda nitpicking here but; Drugs and alcohol do not necessarily take a toll on your body either! Its about how much you do it and in what context. It can be regulated and moderated to healthier ranges, so you can have fun AND stay safe.

I used anime as a reward where I would get to watch two episodes after drinking a bottle of water and walking a certain amount of steps, so I would end up watching around 12 episodes a day, walking all day and and losing weight. I ended up losing 68 pounds.

  26. FlamingPassion on May 25, 2022 at 10:05 pm

Umm video games can be harmless. Please don’t listen to Improvement Pill. This is serious. Though he make a point a habit of playing game after hard work is positive and not harmless. On the other hand, daily amount of video game can be quickly addictive even if played moderately. And take away enthusiasm and focus on a task later during the day or tomorrow because of high dopamine it gives and obsession you have for any game. Personally I would play video gamr about an hour twice a week on Friday and Saturday evening. I honestly would’ve been okay if He just said video game can be detrimental and harmful according to studies but daily video game works for me and everybody different.

Gaming is different then other means such as drugs or alcohol as in a game you typically grind and work hard for happiness yet with drugs it’s immidiate satisfaction I think. I haven’t done drugs馃槄

  30. Claude Alpha on May 25, 2022 at 10:08 pm

Video games are bad in the same way that bowling, golf, pool or darts is bad. They’re only bad if they’re the only thing that take up your time, but when used in moderation and as a way to reward yourself for improving yourself, they’re beneficial to you.

Man video gamers are so annoying lol I don’t play video games so I have to have huge circle of friends to be able to hang out with people everyday because everyone that plays video game would only hang out once a month.

  35. Thundageon on May 25, 2022 at 10:19 pm

I play games when I enjoy it. The problem when I play multiplayer games like Fortnite or Call of Duty is when it gets more frustrating. And that’s the worst thing about it. So yeah in later updates like Fortnite it got more boring and was full of toxic sweats same here in Warzone. So I quit them both and enjoyed single-player gaming.

Video gaming is pretty much like anything else. It’s all about balance. Gaming is a huge part of my life but it does not hinder my work, my social life or my other interests. Video gaming can be a truly positive thing as long as you don’t let it become your whole life. Other than that, game away, my friends 馃檪
