The mention of Final Fantasy X-2 made me think of the Wakka and Lulu pairing, which I personally loved. I did play through and get the happy ending where Yuna is reunited with Tidus. Fun gameplay and a touching ending.

How has no one mentioned Timpani and Blumiere?! The whole story of super paper mario was about them!! It’s literally Romeo and Juliette done perfectly! Also their memory music and promise music is literally gorgeous!!
Edited: Also Ana and Ninten deserve to be on this list! They’re one of the oldest couples since Earthbound beginnings was released in the 1980s. Their dance scene is beautiful and they teach us that things can be just simple. The music does sound compressed but thankfully remakes of the song sound much better and more beautiful.
