Do you recommend physical electric drum kit for italo disco/euro disco production? In simple words, do you recommend these drums for mainly simple slow sounds? Not sounds but the way you play.

All the drum machines is way to expensive at 1000-150000 dollars!

Btw: can these drums handle the dt770 pro? Cause you can’t plug in an amp to drums right? 🙂

How much noise does the differents parts of the kit do on their own without amplification ? It is possible to play in an appartement at night without waking up the neighbors for example ? How is it possible in general to add a 3rd pedal to have a double bass ? Thanx !

Hi, you seem very well informed so I need your advice. I’ve been dreaming of playing the drums since forever but never thought it could be possible in an apartment. Now, at 37 after finding about E drums, I play them every day and my dream came true but… I have the Alesis Command Mesh kit since January. The problem that I have is that during a song from the module or the usb, or just solo playing the drums, from 5-10 strokes, on the Ride, simultaneously with the kick, in one or two times the Ride is mute, it doesn’t make the sound. It doesn’t happen if I hit only the ride, but only if I play the drums. It’s like the module freezes sometimes at the Ride not being able to play it among other elements or together with the kick or something. It’s not chaotic, it’s almost like the clock, like it has never miss trigger two times consecutively which makes me exclude mechanical and think of soft bug. Things I’ve done: reset All to factory settings, Reset only the voices, reset only triggers, check the Ride’s plug, changed the ride with the crash. The problem is still at the ride. So it’s not the cymbal. Version is V 1.0.3 and there isn’t another version on Alesis website. I’ve wrote Alesis a week ago, no answer. Any ideas? Thank you very much!
