Fun vídeo ,,😉 the perdix in did is incredible, but should also include other computers such as for example the OSTC Plus (for US might not make much sense as they are difficult to ship there and get service) or the TDC-3. Personally I own a Mares Genius, which is getting pretty close to all bells and whistles you have on any of these 3 mentioned before with a few downsides on dive planning (does not show the deco stops), not being able to add or modify gas mixes during the dive, screen not editable.
If you have the time to make a more serious dive computer comparison video I’d be happy to watch.
Keep up bringing good content as usual.

I have an EON CORE but when I start Tec diving I’ll probably go to the Perdix. Great video.

Nothing truer that using a dive computer you like. My primary is a Perdix AI (yes I get crap from my instructor and buddies about it, yes its a gimmic that you dont need – failure point, extra snagging point etc. – but I am a gadget guy) and I love it. My secondary is a Garmin Descent Mk1 which I also love. TBH appart from the larger display and slightly better dive log on the phone, there is nothing that the Perdix can do and the Garmin cannot and I never had a disagreement in the slighest between the 2 (and the Garmin is a watch that I wear all the time and has easier service).

My Eon Core is a pretty hard charger…. I suppose the Perdix is better because more divers use it and say it is, but I’ve never actually been given the reason it’s better than the Core. I thought multiple tanks, with multiple gases, was the mark nobody else could meet, but Suunto stepped up to the plate. What else are they missing???

I am genuinely curious. (Tiptoeing into Technical Diving)

I really love my Shearwater…however I don’t trust the compas as it seems to be off a bit on dives

My only problem with Diving computer industry is than there is nothing new since 2018. Scubapro & Suunto didn’t realise something since 2018. The only brand still releasing product are Aqualung with i330r & Shearwater with the Peregrine. And it’s funny because there is a lot of work to do to correct conception issue with the last product made by those brand in 2018. Nobody will dive with a Suunto since the computer lock at 40 meters deep. Most feature of the Scubapro G2 need a "refresh" to be up to date of the expectation of a 2021 diver. Nobody will dive with a Mares computer since the fiability is not there.

They sell you expensive product like if they were just release at the price they had in 2018. This is just ridiculous. At least, Shearwater are honest with the customer.
