LOL!!! AUTHOR IS SO STUPID. I AM 100% SURE THAT HE NEVER WORKED IN CONSTRUCTION. IN THE WORLD THERE ARE 3 THE BEST BRANDS OF POWER TOOLS AND ALL 3 ARE NUMBER 1. MAKITA, DEWALT AND MILWAUKEE. RIDGID IS ONE OF THE BEST FOR PLUMBERS. YOU CANT SAY THAT MAKITA OR MILWAUKEE IS THE BEST BECAUSE SOME TOOLS ARE THE BEST MAKITA AND SOME DEWALT OR MILWAUKEE. FOR EXAMPLE LASERS ARE THE BEST DEWALT, IMPACT DRIVER IS THE BEST MAKITA, 12V DRIVERS THE BEST ARE MILWAKEE…

  4. Quickahh on November 1, 2021 at 9:50 am

    1. Milwaukee
    2. DeWalt
    3. Makita

DeWalt is definitely the most popular, and they’re great tools, but Milwaukee is just better imo. Also, Harbor Freight has great hand tools for the money. Lifetime warranty on a ratchet and socket set for $20? You just can’t beat that

  5. rich5817 on November 1, 2021 at 9:50 am

I never see anything but Milwaukee on construction sites

There is NO NUMBER ONE tool brand that makes "da Best" tool for everything… EVERY MAKE has its very good CERTAIN tool, but then, their other tools are ho-hum!

Ever heard of METABO (For powerful Variable Speed angle grinders and straight grinders (something like "The Mother of all Mototools")?

Or heard about FEIN or MAFELL for the very best jigsaws in the world…

Or PROXXON for the best small size and precise Mototool, miles above anything Dremel?

Or Makita for their 6" wide electric hand plane?

Anyone can make a decent cordless drill, but making a precision tool, like a good router, jigsaw or high speed grinder, requires much better manufacture and tight tolerance bearings!

Kobalt hand tools suck so bad. I had a kobalt inflator for the drag strip and it was great and an electric chainsaw that’s bombproof.

As of 2021 versatility and on site reliability my list is as follows
    1.DeWalt
    2.Hilti
    3.Milwaukee

  34. Coxfame on November 1, 2021 at 10:25 am

20years ago I started it out with craftsman, then blue Ryobi, the 18v DeWalt, now 20v dewalt, their tools are affordable and so reliable and and gets thing done just about the same time like the pricey tti Hong Kong owned fuel red. Just walk in to new construction where the pros are working (not a DIY home owner) and look at all the tools been used. And please use tools properly and do not expect a compact tool to drill you a 2 inch hole, you’re going to smoke/fried it.

  35. Gabriel Reyes on November 1, 2021 at 10:27 am

Contractors have used DeWalt for decades. Milwaukee came into the contactor scene in 2015 because that’s when they started making tools good enough to compete with DeWalt. They’re both respectable now, but I still think DeWalt is more of a work horse.
