    Thank you for this video. I let my son play a video game for a little while and after he would not stop asking for more video game time. Showing him this video made him understand his body. It took me awhile to find a video such as this that clearly and entertainingly explains to a child why video games are not good for him. The first 4 videos were click bates and would actually tell you the benefits of video gaming and how the harmful effect are untrue. Sadly, that’s what the world is coming to.

    Complaining about kids playing videogames is cool and all but when you bring up shut about their brains that’s when the argument is over, I’ve seen first hand that even sports can negatively effect the brain
